
M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Under contract to Texas
A&M University, NCAT Development Corp. designed measurement plans and installed
instrumentation in the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. The cancer center
project was part of the state-wide LoanSTAR Program. Approximately 20 meters were
installed monitoring steam, electrical, gas and condensate energy consumption.
These projects were all carried out by staff currently employed by New Horizons Technologies Energy Services. The actual contractor could have been the National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT), The NCAT Development Corporation, New Horizon Technologies, Inc. or New Horizons Technologies Energy Services depending on when the project was conducted.
