New Horizons Technologies, the Energy Systems
Laboratory of Texas A&M University and SBW Consulting under contract to the
Pennsylvania Energy Office, designed an Energy Savings Verification Program for the State
of Pennsylvania "Green Buildings" Program. The program involved the
installation of energy monitoring equipment in six institutional buildings in
Pennsylvania. New Horizon Technologies'
proprietary Enertel Xpress software, (a Microsoft
Office compatible product) for data acquisition, verification and analysis provides
the basis for the on-going monitoring function.
These projects were all carried out by staff currently employed by New Horizons Technologies Energy Services. The actual contractor could have been the National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT), The NCAT Development Corporation, New Horizon Technologies, Inc. or New Horizons Technologies Energy Services depending on when the project was conducted. |
