Under contract to Tescor, Inc. New Horizon Technologies developed a detailed metering installation plan to monitor energy conservation in the Toronto Public Library.  The metering plan was designed to measure baseline energy use and measure the effectiveness of modifications and retrofits.  Energy monitioring equipment was installed by NHT based on the plan. Data acquisition, data analysis and reporting of energy use was provided by Energy Systems Associates of Texas.

These projects were all carried out by staff currently employed by New Horizons Technologies Energy Services. The actual contractor could have been the National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT), The NCAT Development Corporation, New Horizon Technologies, Inc. or New Horizons Technologies Energy Services depending on when the project was conducted.
