provides a single-point-of-contact Technical Support Center for our customers.
This technical support service is unlimited and available via a toll-free
telephone call or by email.
The Technical Support Center is open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm MST (Mountain Standard Time). NHT technicians are available to answer questions immediately. If additional research is necessary to find a solution to a problem, NHT will respond within 24 hours of the time of the call or receipt of the email message.
